Door Construction
Exal Security doors are constructed using powdercoated aluminium door frames, stiles and rails, and powdercoated aluminium sheet cladding over a lightweight ply sandwich door core. The powdercoat finish makes the doors suitable for use in hygiene situations.
The doors are pre-hung in the factory, with hardware fitted and are delivered to the site as a complete, pre-finished door set. Frame fixings are supplied as required.
Exal Doors will readily accept all types of hardware as specified to meet the clients requirements.
